Seems like we're all going to have to get used to uh moving from Monday to Tuesday at 5. Um, I actually like it a lot better. Uh I I've had a full day. Um, I started off at the uh meeting this morning that we do with the VIP members. Today we touched on a really uh important topic, uh emotional um intellect and and what that means. And and I'm I'm doing my best to tie it to um how a Christian really thinks or should be thinking at a bare minimum about what scripture says and what we have access to from a standpoint of being a believer or child of God. And so I'm really kind of getting excited um about how uh I'm I'm able to apply what I've learned over years and just share with some people some of the common feedback has been amazing. Um I've gotten some really neat feedback from people, um changing lives, uh motivating them uh far beyond what they're we're ever thinking they were gonna do. And now I'm really trying to branch into some things while at the same time developing protections and privacy around AI. And so we're gonna be talking about that a little bit because AI is is volatile, dangerous, and uh one of the biggest sneaky help tools that you can probably ever imagine being introduced to mankind. Um, I know a lot of people are scared to death of AI. Um it's funny, I was just listening to a couple people talk on it, and everybody's talking about the doom and gloom aspect of AI, and I get it. Um, they don't tell us, they don't foretell us um the things uh uh like in the movie Terminator. Did you know the movie Terminator that created the AI robot um that Arnold was? Uh what was the name of the company? Um uh they named a company the same name of that company that is doing the same thing that that company was doing. So they're not like whispering what they're trying to get accomplished here, um, which is amazing to me. But I I'm I'm kind of in awe of just how not sneaky they are and just out in the open with uh the the items that they're trying to put forth. So don't just look, don't get afraid. Um we just had a ceasefire from Trump, but I understand this is all smoke and mirrors with uh um oh by the way, this little I I didn't ask for I didn't ask for that. I didn't ask for it to create a logo for me. Um it almost looks messianic, you know what I mean? I don't understand why it created a logo. I didn't I just said put my name, I didn't say put a logo. Anyway, just giving a reference. And uh so go back to back to this uh ceasefire, back to this alien invasion, back to these uh these things to which we're we're being talked to about, told about media is dripping frenzy about. Um just understand that there's an underlying financial system change over that's happening under the table and is the cause and the reason for it. So we can look at the Diddy trial, look at the uh uh the evil eyes, Erica Kirk, um, look at all these crazy stories that are going on, understand it's absolutely a CIA operation. Um, it's something that was designed to keep you over here and steered into um what is literally a modern-day soap opera. You know, they I don't know why people are still interested in the young and the restless or or Santa Barbara. Um, I think it was the name of the one I liked when I was a kid. Um I got to stay home from school one week and I got caught up in Santa Barbara by the end of the week. Yeah, I know. Shameful. Um nevertheless, it's it's really what's going on in the world. People are getting caught up in somebody else's life story, and this is why the bloggers and people uh uh you know, podcasters are gonna be the new stars of the of the world, quite literally. The old stars are going by the wayside, they have been for for years now, and they know they are, and they're fighting tooth and nail to keep some revalence, you know. It's um uh because their likeness. Let me give you an example. My friend uh Michael T. Um, they used his image of Bubba in every Bubba Gump shrimp company across the country. Uh he did that one movie, he was Bubba. He earned $80,000 for that movie. It was his breakout role. And they came to him to do a deal with him. They went to and they got the deal done with him, and then they went to the movie studio after the fact and they got a better deal with them. And it was because it's not named Michael T. Williamson, it's named Bubba Gum Shrimp Company, and his image was a part of that movie, and he's Bubba in that movie. And so when you take a look at how they're able to use his likeness, because the studio purchased it for that movie and for anything attached to that movie, he has not made a dime on one restaurant on a worldwide. I mean, look you you gotta, I don't even know how many there are, but I've been into the New York one. He was pissed off of me for going in that one. Um, and I won't go into the one in Anaheim by my house. Um but he he doesn't get paid a dime, and this is what Hollywood is gonna be is not gonna be. They're looking at all the way across the board. Their likenesses are being bought forever. And what's even crazier is you know, like guys like look, I'm just gonna tell you because of the ease of use of getting information out for training programs, for modules, for QAs, for knowledge-based systems, for technical uh drafts, white papers, books, I'm getting my voice transacted into a computer-generated system to where I can create these systems and publish myself talking with my face and doing training module modules on a level 10 uh scaling out versus taking 10 weeks to make one. You know what I mean? It's like, why are we and at the same time, it's scary for me to do that because can you imagine if AI wants to just take over and have me stand in front of the world and do something stupid that it what it's not me and nobody knows the difference? And that's the scary part of AI is you don't know the difference of a living man or woman behind a scene. I mean, you really know if you've watched AI and you've you've studied AI and you've you you've seen yourself on AI, but I'm starting to create all these silly videos with myself in them, pictures with myself in them, and it's really distorting my face, and I'm fine with that. I don't really care, you know. But the bottom line is the ease of use to create thumbnails for YouTube and the ease of use to create now content where I can control the narrative, um, it's gonna change everything as I know it. It's but look, I don't I look at it this way, I do have a choice, but if if I'm gonna compare being that I'm the only one in the world doing what we do, the only one talking about the deed, I'm the only one talking about state citizenship. I mean, really talking about it and helping people understand what they can do. I'm the only one getting doing the passport. I know some people think other people are doing it, they're doing it wrong. Okay, there's a lot of people out there that don't even understand trust law or what the BC actually is or how you're a party to the BC or you know, the the adhesion trust elements of these contracts. And so when you understand these things and you're trying to break it out to the world as fast as you can, knowing we're walking into maybe a five-year meltdown, and then we're gonna have a show in between, and the show is gonna be up in the sky, maybe a couple different ways. You know, you're gonna have people uh that you've never seen before that look kind of crazy and weird saying, we are your friends, we created you, we want to welcome you to our earth, and I want you to know da-da-da-da-da. And and it's gonna lie about the inception of this earth and who you are, and look, I'm not kidding. I went out on a limb, and it's not prophetic. I'm I'm not, I don't consider myself prophetic. But when you've watched the show enough to where that they just repeat, that's all they really do. They rinse and repeat, and when you watch the show enough and you get your mind wrapped around how they operate, how they put things together, it's really kind of easy to um see the future element of what they're gonna do because they repeat over and over. So the current the current model, which the law suggests it's the same thing that they're doing today that they did under Roosevelt, um making it illegal to own gold. There are some elements of things that will become illegal to own if you're a citizen of the United States, and it's because you are a debtor. And there's gonna be some things that are um gonna be hard to purchase, and they're gonna move people into a uh I'm not gonna be one of these, but they're gonna move people into by voluntary basis uh into systems and structures to to be able to eat, to be able to have shelter, and so on and so forth. And all done on a quasi-voluntary basis, where in order for you to stay there, like they do in jail. Um, if you if you if you don't know this, when you go to jail, they they shoot you with a big needle, and they've been doing this for 15 years. So people that have been to jail over the last 15 years have gotten the injections no matter what. Now they're putting it into meats, now they're putting it into foods, um, lettuce, doesn't matter what it is, so you're not getting away from it. And you you're gonna be looking for this big old capsule, this little thing that looks like something that was embedded under the skin of the hand. You're gonna be looking for that, and you won't even see it because there is nothing to see. It's not gonna be recognizable by the naked eye. It's gonna be so nano tech driven and small, once it's digested, it's just like a metal, it doesn't go anywhere, it floats, it's gonna get through your stomach into your blood system, and it's gonna perform a function of what it does, and it's gonna use all the different elements that are already in your body to do kind of a gain of function, um, which is really what's happening with the graphene that's in everybody's body. And I know nobody wants to hear this, nobody really cares. Well, you gotta know. You gotta know that we're on a two-year window for all foods processed in a store to have vaccines in them. You gotta know that they're going after the um the way that we move, the way that we travel, and how expensive that that is going to be. They're shutting airlines down, the the amounts that they're allowed to fly. Um, you got to know that uh taking private travel is really gonna be the only way to truly travel in the future. And private runways are gonna be the way to do it if you have money. That's the only way that's gonna be able to get it done. Or you got to have a ship, and you got to be able to gas up at a minimum of every 5,000 nautical miles or 7,000 nautical miles, 150,000 liters kind of a thing, you know, for 40,000 gallons. And that's gonna cost you, you know, a fill-up in the neighborhood of a million dollars by that time, just to fill your boat up and then go across the ocean. Not exaggerating. Okay. Um there's a reason why they're doing all this, and and there's a reason why we need to come together as a community and to be thinking through these kinds of things for ourselves. And I've always been one to think through well, how do I ride the back of the system without compromising my integrity or morality and use that system and that structure to benefit myself and the people? And there's a lot of solutions, there's a lot of things that are good that are going on that we can participate in. AI is one of them. I'm not saying AI is good, I'm just saying it's something that you can participate in right now and get to a position where you are hyper-wealthy and you think you need to know everything. You think you need to know how to do the APIs, you think you need to know how to develop private servers, you think you need to know how to keep the internet on when the internet's uh and and and technology gets shut off or power gets shut off. And I'm telling you, there is a lot of things that we're gonna have to keep in play, but the internet is probably the last thing, even if the power were to go down, the internet's probably never gonna go down because that is the communication source. At least the the dark web is um that the CIA created, of which they'll be able to use across borders um to communicate with you know across the world when everything goes down. You know, look, I know a lot of people are starting to steer in a new direction regarding Trump. And if you've been following me at all, I've never really liked Trump, I've never really disliked him, but I've always said, watch out. And what we're seeing today is a very different Trump than what we saw a while back. And this is a guy who campaigned on no war. This is a guy whose best counselors were um like Charlie Kirk. This is a guy who picked a I hate to say it, guys, to lead up his Christian support system. He picked a nightmare of a choice from a crew from a community of Christians to support. Um I'm watching mainstream Christianity just shut down on a reality check of what's right and what's wrong. I'm I I guys look. I support any country's right to freedom choice, and I know I know what we've been presented regarding some countries as being that they are our allies, they are good, that what they are doing is bad, meaning the people that are um protecting their interests, what those are bad people, those are terrorists. And I'm gonna tell you something, without naming names, I'm gonna tell you something. I have never been more ashamed of our country supporting another country by the name of Israel as I am right now. I've never been more ashamed, and I've I'm even more ashamed of the Christian community supporting it. And I'm gonna tell you why. And it's not that I don't support Jews or their right to be a Jew, it's the Zionist, the Zionism, and most Jewish people are upset with their Zionist approach. Just like we don't want to be a party to the United States Corporation, we'd rather be a party to the United States of America. Israel is no different. The Jewish people don't want a Zionist regime for the most part for leadership. They don't. A matter of fact, true Jewish people of the Torah are starting to fight against their own groups inside of Israel to fight against Zionism, just like we are to fight against Dr. Fauci, if you will. We've all been given a line of crap about who we are to support and why. And you need to understand that the entirety of the media is supported by a Zionist nature, a corporation masquerading to be like the Jewish people. So when you say something negative about Israel, that's different than saying something negative about a Zionist regime, okay? There's really a lot of good people in Israel, unfortunately. Listen to me. Unfortunately, do you remember? Have you ever seen the movie? I think it's on Netflix. Um, called Ordinary Men. If you don't get anything of what I'm saying right now, get this. Ordinary men per the Holocaust, per story regarding the Holocaust. They took plumbers, policemen, carpenters, they gave him guns and they told him to go kill 1100 people day one. Out of all the guys that were party to this, two of them said no. The first day that they did this, these were guys that were throwing up afterwards, and they're just regular Germans being told to do something, and they got really they did it, they know it was wrong, two abstained, and the others murdered men, women, and children. Well, it got to the point after the third or fourth time, the majority of them had broken up into two groups. One of them was just straight up evil, loved it, laughed, had a good time, played poker after it. The other couldn't stand it, was obedient, yet those two guys still abstained and tried to stay in and support the rest as much as they could without killing. Social media always does tests. In New York a lot, LA a lot. You'd be walking by a side street, you'll hear screaming of a woman being raped. The guys will not even look down into the side street, they just keep walking, keep walking, keep walking, keep walking. The people, now to go back to the people of Israel, and this is why I said it was sad, they have been programmed to hate not just the Palestinian people, but you, Goyim, you, non-Jew. Because I know plenty of Jews out here that are excellent men and women, they they love their faith, they love their practice, and they don't treat people the way the Talmud says they should. But what we're seeing right now is a programming level that we have never seen come to fruition. We are watching a modern day ordinary men being programmed to beat up, kill, slaughter, rape, maine men, women, and children of a group that is really nothing more than their neighbors trying to find a home that was stolen from them. Listen, I don't care whether you believe this or not, that's where they had lived for a couple thousand years, taken from them in the forties and the fifties. You understand? Let me explain it to you this way. If somebody came from another country and was allowed to kick me out of my house, and then I stayed in the area because I was forced out by the United Nations. And I stayed in the area because I didn't really know anybody. I didn't know where to go, what to do. I just was labeled something. The level of treatment, and I know it goes both ways, but heavily Weighted on a destructive society using ordinary men to do the dirty work of evil men. And this is where we as a nation need to rise up together and understand that morality and humanity is more important than anything that we've ever discussed before. This is why relationship with the Almighty Father, whether you're a Jew or a Christian or whatever your faith is, and your your belief system is, you need to understand that every other belief system, including the Zionist Jews, I'm not speaking about the regular Jews. I'm speaking about the leadership trying to take control of the Middle East using us to go in and make strikes. It's not for freeing Persia or Iran and giving them their civil liberties back. That's not what this is about. Iran does not have nuclear capabilities anymore. There is no direct threat. There is much different motives happening right now when Israel is controlling the narrative and saying, shoot, or we will blow them up with a nuclear weapon. That's literally what's happening. Do our bidding President Trump, or we will expose what we know about you, your family. This is probably literally what is happening in America right now. And so as we're examining what is being released by the Zionist media that controls the majority of all media in America, they control the narrative of Congress. They have so much power, guys, that we I would love the idea of having friends in the Middle East that didn't compromise their neighbors. I would love that idea. I would love the idea of being scripturally observant of honoring all Israel, if that were the true case of what the Bible says. And it doesn't say, you know, I have friends that are pastors that make an argument for Israel like we are to do nothing but support them, completely ignoring the narrative of what Jesus said about that group of people back then. Speaking of the leadership that controlled the narrative for all of the Jewish people, literally making them sons of Satan, literally calling him brood of vipers, literally saying have nothing to do with them. Speaking about who the people were scripturally, is the people that now believe in the kingdom that Jesus created by dying on a cross for us. Now that doesn't mean I don't want to support a nation that needs help. But that's nothing to do with what's going on. We're watching genocide, and America is just playing along like it's okay. We watched it with Fauci, and everybody proclaimed Fauci as being this omnipotent science scientist. I remember Fauci and his arrogance standing up before the world saying, If you don't trust me, you don't believe in me, you don't believe in the very fabric of science, well, he's a liar. And he funded Wuhan. He funded this whole COVID thing. Why? Why is he worth so much more money now than he was before? Why are these companies like the CDC, the NHA allowed to make money on vaccines? Why is anybody that has a personal interest in vaccines like Fauci allowed to tell you you must take it? Holy crap, if you're a judge on a bench and that person that comes before you babysat your kids, you need to remove yourself from the bench in that case because you have a formed bias. Why isn't it not the same for Fauci? And then to top it off, we don't even get what we're promised within these saving drugs. Look, don't get me started. I mean, just I think everybody knows the unvaccinated won this. I think everybody knows that. I think we are the ones that are not sick, not unhealthy, not dying, not having heart attacks. And I think our military, with the forced nature of what they did with all the soldiers, too bad in the United States military. Unfortunately, just way too bad. I think they proved everything that is going on and going wrong with young men and women could is thousand X because of these injections. NIH, thank you. So I'm bringing what you already know to the surface just so that you can understand the place and the playbook, and that we're watching the surface level stuff change, and we really need to be watching this. We all can be very, very, very wealthy by playing the game down here and not being a party to up here, so you need to know what to watch for. And guys, look, I'm not against any person, people. Every country has been structurally overtaken by a corporation equivalent, and I don't think for a second that many of the Jewish people, and the reason why I say this is because I watch it all the time. I watch true uh Jews rebel against the Zionist regime, and I've watched these guys who are Satanists in their practices of what they do as Jews, um, are at war with real Jews. And you're not gonna watch that on mainstream media, but it's happening, and it's happening all over the world. New York, Paris, Israel. The people of Israel, the true people that are in the know, want to be friends with their Arabs. They don't want to take the approach of the Talmud. They don't say that Jesus is forever in hell, sitting in excrement, like the Talmud says. They don't think that we're gonna be their goyam, their slave, and that we're gonna, you know, there is a different opinion about what scripture says versus their made-up books say, and people know the difference, they're not dumb. I have Jewish friends a lot. I wish they would read Isaiah more, Nehemiah, Ezekiel, because they all point to Christ, but this isn't a thing for that or a petition for them to do that. Yeah, it's not get in there. But the reality is, guys, we need to support the people that are innocent all over the world. We don't just support one party and excuse the demonic nature of what's happening to the people of another party, we can't do it anymore, and it's been programmed for so long into us and into our churches that the churches, and this really freaking hurts my feelings. It really does. And I don't want to sound like some big punk sissy la la girly girl, but it really hurts me to know that pastors are so programmed to think that they placate to a body because they were told to instead of investigating truly what was said in the Bible about who they are. And listen, there is good and bad in America. There's the people of America, and then there's the corporation, same Zionist principle, world order leadership that wants to take down America. You understand, please, understand what I'm about to say. The Zionist nature of Israel, the people that are not even truly Jews at its core, they're really more or less Satan worshipers. Those people, including Netanyahu. Sorry, you don't like it. It's an informed opinion, and that's a pretty strong statement for me to say publicly, because I truly believe it's an informed, digested, thought-through opinion. Because I've heard him say things over the last 30 years in the public about people like us. Goyum, they want to exploit us and dismantle us, and I believe this president is helping them. Heavy statement. I get it, it's not something anybody wants to hear. I get it, but it's truth, man. And it's and it's also some opinion because I'm not in the mix of all these things, and but I do know people have said certain things way long ago in the past, and I do know that I look, I if you even knew what a semite was, you couldn't possibly say you are an anti-Semite when you're speaking about the Zionist regime of Israel. If you have a negative opinion about them, it doesn't make you an anti-Semite. I can show anybody that asks, if you want proof of this, what a Semite is, according to the dictionary. And I'm going to do something that's very much what Kanye West did and Candace Owens did about what a Semite is. They haven't seen this, by the way. I would love for them to see this, but in the 1800s dictionary, Semite is a black person. Jesus was a black person. What you have in Israel today is not a black people, and I don't want to get into where they came from and how they, you know, because a Jew can be somebody that's like anybody that becomes a Christian. It's just not a race, it's a religion. So it can be white people. I get that, but that's not where I'm coming from. If you go to any of the cathedrals and you look at Jesus in the oldest paintings before who? Da Vinci. You will see that Jesus was black and it was a black Madonna. Not just that, but the people 2,000 years ago, the Levites, which was the line of the tribe of Israel, and Judah, line of the tribe of Israel, were black people back then. Point is, is I don't think we know what we think we know. And I think people rode the back of another race of people to get in, and they just might be Ashkenazi, or they just might be a threat of another nation that was dismantled, or they could be any number of things. But came in and did a deal with the Rothschilds and did a deal to make this area for them, and they're really serving Satan, they're surely acting like it to a neighboring people, using ordinary men, raising them up from a very young age to hate their neighbors. Look, I don't care how you feel, for 2,000 years, let's make a pretense you were gone from an area for 2,000 years. You can't just come back in and kick a people out and then act like you can't deal with the aftermath, and then genocide them. And then really focus on a day of September 7th or whatever it was where Netanyahu allowed for a genocide over his people to be the excuse and the reason for what they are doing today, and to force a hatred into the military and force a hatred into the schools to the youth of Israel. And the all-seeing reality is there's a little group of innocent kids who need to hear about Jehovah and the love that he has for them and not this hatred, because God does not hate the world and love Jews only. I'm sorry. We are all his creation, you're no prettier than me, you're no uglier than me. We're all God's people. And some of us even believe that he had a son, and some of us believe a little bit more than what you believe, but I can prove that my God exists within your Bible, and you can't do that. You can't prove that he did not exist and he was not foretold. 306 prophecies in the Torah and the major minor prophets. You can't say it. He was. As a matter of fact, every time you bring up Isaiah 53, nobody knows what to do. Every time you bring up Psalm 22, nobody knows what to do if you're Jew. Because they're not allowing or training you in those subject matters to know those scriptures. They don't want you to know Jesus, your Messiah, has already been there. And I'm saying this in love, I'm not saying this to prove a point. I'm saying this: you are not special. We all that believe in Yahushua, Yeshua, Yahshua, Jesus. It is that line, and it's not a disgusting, erotic, crazy, over-the-top consensus of a few. He really did come. And your book laid it out how he was gonna come, of a virgin. And you know what? Your scholars don't even know your own word because it says the Son of God will come through a virgin, and your scholars make fun of that. He's a bastard. Wait a minute, it's Old Testament that says that the Messiah will come that way. Crazy how you just we fail for a lack of knowledge. Instead of us using each other to hate other people, the obvious trick here, why don't we come together as the people and change out the regimes? Why don't we come together as the people and say enough? This is why the six feet during COVID. This is why isolation in the house. This is why in 2030 they want everybody to be in a house. And this is why we, as his advocates, have created his advocates TV. Why we have our sites offshore, why we have the things that we have and why we do what we do in the private, so we can keep the narrative going of truth that people can simply watch it on their phones, hopefully beyond these times, using a VPN, whatever it may be. Look, let me say this: no matter what they say is going to happen, the show is gonna be way better than the reality of the show. Meaning, you're gonna see the show in the sky, you're gonna see the show in the sea, you're gonna see the show everywhere on TV, and it's gonna be fabulous, man. It's gonna be great. Doesn't mean you need to get in a line and go into a bunker, doesn't mean you need to give your life up because it seems destitute and you don't have support or help. This is where the Christian community, this is where the believing base and the non-Christian believing base of Israel and the non-Christian believing base of atheists, we can all come together. It's a joke to think that we can't work together. The exact purpose of media showing what they show, law enforcement against the people, blacks against whites, blacks against Mexicans, whites against everybody, everybody hates whites. Can we not have an informed opinion? I know a lot of good whites, I know a lot of good blacks, I know a lot of good Mexicans. Can we not have an informed opinion about what we believe ourselves? Do you have to try to give us the narrative over everything? I don't hate Israel. I know the difference of Zionist, Israel, and the real people who don't agree with them. I don't hate Palestinians, but it's sad that the Israeli government is training the children to hate Palestinians. It's sad that the Israeli government is training children and adults to spit on and hate Christians. You as a Christian, try to go to Israel right now and watch how you get your ass handed to you. Try to bring Jesus into Israel or just stand there as a Christian with a Bible in your hand and watch what happens to you. But just as there is a good people, there's always going to be a bad people with the same name. That's why this whole war is not people. This whole war is light and dark. And it's sad to say that they are scripturally really not understanding their own text. And I'm not hating on Israel, I'm hating on the way the devil works into religion itself. And Israel does have a form of religion that is nothing to do with their scripture whatsoever. And they've written extra books on it and how to believe certain things and follow certain things and lead certain things. And I watch guys like Ben Shapiro, you know, get dumbfounded, super smart guy, great debater, just doesn't want to accept the bottom line of the bottom line. And as a matter of fact, he's really kind of a hater over anything other than what he believes in. He's been cornered into the thought of what the Talmud actually is and what it says. And he's even lied about the fact that the Talmud says what it says, and he says, I think it's been misunderstood. No, no, no. It's not been misunderstood. It's pretty clear what your scripture said is about Christians and how you should treat them and who they are to you. And it's not scripture, it's not, it's just not, it's just another book that they want to pretend is scripture. Look, we're in the show, we're in a movie. I just don't want you to be ordinary men willing to pick up and do whatever they tell you to do. I don't want you to get on the trains when they say get on the trains. I don't want you to get into the dumbs when they say go underground. I don't want you to follow what they tell you to do. Look, God will always give you a way out of trouble. Stop thinking the best thing is what they say. For us to get past 2030 and for us to be successful, there's going to have to be community. And we will come together, and God will reveal the strength and the power of the Holy Spirit over this land like you would not believe. I just want to encourage you guys today. Stop believing the narrative. And for sure, do not be an ordinary man. Be an extraordinary man. Be an extraordinary woman. Come close with your friends that are Israeli people. Second question, just to be clear, since I don't have much experience, my crypto was purchased from an exchange under my SSN, but it was immediately transferred to a wallet purchased and owned by my foundation. What status is my wallet? Exactly. Private, right? Yeah, if you purchase it with the foundation, it would be private. Um, although I do have hold some crypto on several exchanges. I recently was approved for a business account for the foundation, so all my future purchases will be through that particular exchange, unless, of course, I must see another. And in that scenario, I must use an SSN. Okay, so just know this. Um, Angel, if you're a party to the living and the private, what have you, you can simply ask for the form. It's a donation form. What you need to do is donate your crypto, XYZ account, XYZ exchange, type of crypto, amount of crypto to your foundation, tax ID number X, foundation name X, notarize it. On this day, I'm donating X. We have the form. You just need to tailor make it so that you're donating the crypto. So when it does the gains and they try to send you a 1099 through the exchange, you have a valid statement and proof that it's been donated, and now you have a deduction uh for your tax returns if you are a taxpayer, and uh you're not worried about that, you know what I mean? So just any exchange that you're doing that on, make sure you do a donation. Gary, same for you, my brother. Um, put your crypto in a foundation, you send it to the hard wallet purchased by the foundation, and you can get something through us. Uh just log into hisadvocates.org to your account, make a request for the donation form uh through our website, and we'll be more than happy to give that to you. Let me go to the QA. When completing the form section on the white register mail receipt form, or when filling out the sender section on the green card, do we include our living name? Just write care of the foundation name. That's it. Putting meets and bounds on a deed, do I add it to the legal description or remove the legal description? So you did it right right there. You put legal in brackets as exhibit A, and just put exhibit A and the meets and bounds on a separate piece of paper behind your deed. So now you have a description pointing to exhibit A on the deed. Exhibit A is meets and bounds. Second question. I have searched for discussions on meets and bounds versus legal descriptions. Have not found any docs to describe or explain air versus soil versus land versus center of earth. Can you guide me on some resources? There is a lot of um support in that area in some Supreme Court rulings. I can't name them offhand, but I'm gonna tell you just by the very nature of what meets and bounds from a definition standpoint or a legal description. Um all you have to do is look at what one is describing. One is describing air. It's not describing it's it's it's above the it's above the ground, it's a measurement of degrees and um distance, not necessarily this tree 50 feet steps to the left, the big rock, you know. I mean, in the old school meets and balance. Um that's a good question, though. But the bottom line when you do, because I I researched this probably 12 years ago, and I came to multiple Supreme Court rulings discussing the difference. But the the two important things are vesting and the style of what you're being vested in, and then obviously what you hold it in. So the foundation, the meets and bounds, all that stuff. If you want um in this next year, uh, as I get time, I'll break that down for you legally, lawfully. Um, but a legal description comes all the way from the Vatican, and it's nothing more than air, just like federal territory. Federal territory is air, it's not land, it's territory, it's above the ground. So they have a right to a region, they don't have a right to the soil. It's very, it's very different. Um, but we need to definitively talk about that. And there's some good books out there that I'll get and I'll put some stuff together, but give me some time. I contacted a surveyor in Indiana and asked them if they would do meets and bounds on a few properties we have. Here's what they said cost of a thousand dollars each, it's cheap. However, the auditor's office in Indiana will not accept the deed with meets and bounds description for platted lots. Um, when you say a platted lot, look at the description on the plot map. It's showing the meets and bounds, it's not a legal description if it's a plot map. Secondly, you can go to old school deeds um for that particular plot map, and there may be meets and bounds description for that particular property before 1950s, 1960s, so you can get it from an old deed. If it was built after the fact, and it is a plot map, a plot map is um next to meets and bounds in the description of the land. Okay, it's not a legal description, but you may want to load it and let me take a look at it, and I'll tell you what I think. Um, but to get around the thousand bucks each, you can only look at old school deeds or or pay for it. Secondly, I do know of FYI in California. I was told by a two at dinner with my wife, two title attorneys, that I was not able to record a deed here in California with Meets and Bounds, and lo and behold, I was able to record a deed here with meets and bounds. Do with that what you wish, but you can force a recordation of a description of the land to which you own in a county recorder, or understanding counter deed, you can transfer the house, sell the house to your foundation with the meets and bounds on it, and hold the deed and serve them with constructive notice of the deed, let them letting them know you will not be recording the deed, and that it is like XYZ exhibit D plot map, but it is actually described here on Exhibit A meets and bounds, you know, something to that degree. There's ways to get things done without following their instructions. We do it all the time. I am curious how should I sign my name on some documents that have been sent to me from a funeral home where my deceased mother is non-assumpted. Is this a non-assumpsa type situation? Marcus, I sign everything non-assumption incursive, or just put it in small writing as a stamp under my name. So I just stamp it right under my signature on top of the signature line. Everything. Should a deserved state citizen or one of the people be domiciled or the other respective Republic State? So let me reread your question. Why do you use a physical address? I'm not using a physical address, the foundation is. Um understand that. And the address that is on there for a physical location does not have a zip code. And understanding the difference of a street address and a location address is important. Also, the word domiciled, unfortunately, is not what a lot of people think. So, let me try to get your questionnaire down. Why do I use a physical address and state that you are not domiciled in the passport explanatory statement? Because the physical address location does not have a zip code on it. The mailing address location for the foundation does. I am not residing inside of a zip code, a zone improvement program federal territory. I'm on the land near that address. It's important to understand the difference and read the writing around the address, too. On that DS11, read the writing around that address. Second question: Is there a limit to the amount of land, homes, properties, or real estate that can be held under a foundation? No, no limit. Number three, can you acquire suppressors and firearms as a de jure state citizen? And if we already own several suppressors and firearms, what would you suggest? I think you've asked this question in the past and I've answered it. That's a question for a private conversation. That's not something I'm going to do publicly. As a state citizen, you can own anything that you create with your own hands. Okay? Don't think for a second that if you don't have your ducks in a row, and if you haven't dotted your I's and crossed your T's, and you're not putting stuff out there in the public for sale, don't think for a second you're not going to draw attention to you. That would be unwanted attention, and they wouldn't maybe make a charge instrument trying to bring jurisdiction, and then you're left wanting how to fight a federal indictment on your person versus who you are as a state citizen. These guys always try to make a placation of coming after maybe one person out of a thousand, just to make an example, and that is a hot topic. But a state citizen, and I know that you bought your suppressor, you probably have a few that you created, you probably had a few that you bought under the table, and you probably had a few that you registered. Um, those all belong the ones that you registered, all belong to the state, to the DOJ, as a matter of fact, they don't belong to you. Um, you gotta read your firearms applications for those devices. But the bottom line is if you know how to create a suppressor, um and it is you're not using like like for let me give you an example. You have an upper and a lower, um, and the the registration on many of these 8020s for guns that we're we're creating ourselves have pre-registered numbers on them. So you have to get rid of those. Okay, because you're taking something that is being shown by um Glock OEM equipment they are creating with a registration number. You're taking something that has been noted and sold to that store. That store is noting it and noting the fact that they sold it to you. Um, and so the the tie to you to that registration is going to be absolute unless you're doing these things privately. And I'm talking about a lot of different extremes, but those suppressors have registration numbers on them as well, I'm sure. I don't have suppressors myself, so I don't know. But knowing that you have a suppressor, knowing that you had to get it through a registration process, it that belongs to them. So if you're going to create something or buy it privately, if you buy something privately, if it were me, I would take the serial numbers off and I would sell it to my foundation or to my gun trust and or donate it to the gun trust. Listen, it is not against the law to own something, owning a gun in a gun trust or a foundation, not at all. And so you can sell something and then note to the DOJ that you sold XYZ weapon with XYZ serial number on it, and it is not unlawful for a foundation to own that weapon with that serial number on it and make that weapon become private. Um, that's the part I would talk to you privately about. But the bottom line is a foundation does not have an obligation to statutes, codes, federal corporate structure laws, a trust private unregistered, same, and a state citizen, same. But don't get me wrong when I'm when I when I say there are things that make them upset, like people that sell milk that is raw, for some reason that really makes them upset, to the point where they make an example, or selling meat that is really good from an Amish family that has been sold at this family for a hundred years for some reason that makes them really upset. Well, I broke that particular one down of that particular Amish family down, and I'm not going to say his name because he doesn't have his name need to be put into public, but I broke it down how they got jurisdiction over him. And I did it publicly. And it showed how his SSM was registered for the Secretary of State. Duh. So if you have a registered firearm and a registered suppressor, it belongs to them. So there is a way to put that into the private, but you got to do certain things. Part of it is a sale, part of it is a notice, part of it is making it private. That's a whole nother conversation. Renewed my California driver's license using correct disclaimers in the foundation private address as mailing address and nothing. Um, as physical address, as a trigger to receiving a jury summons to the foundation address. Do I send it back saying no person exists at this address? That's what I would do. Um, did you get the address as you at that UPS store? If you did, we have a set of docs that you can use to just challenge the narrative of the jury duty. And we we don't challenge it from the standpoint, we just want clarity and direction. So they have to give us clarity and direction and not just simply hand us a secondary letter. They hand us a secondary letter, we change the dates, thank them for the secondary letter, it said the same letter again. Next question I'm in a condo that is controlled by an HOA, I paid property taxes each year. And as condo, please tell me that um what I am to write on the memo line of my property tax check that will allow me to one day claw back my payment. Um under duress, if the condo is truly owned, you gotta understand something. You're paying it on the condo, not the land. So um, I would write under duress in the subject matter line to the county, letting them know that a condo owns this and that you really should be paying property tax on it. And then whenever you're ready to fight that fight, you you've at least made the payment under duress, which is a public challenge to the authority of you actually having to make the payment. Um, I'll send the letter with the check. Please uh outline what briefly that letter would contain to properly state my position regarding paying property tax in Maricopa. It's something to the effect of you know, we put our house into a private uh church on XYZ date, and uh we should it always starts with the argument. And guys, David, they're gonna put up a fight. I did some research on it in IRS publications and how self-supported private unincorporated humanitarian foundations materially different than what they have jurisdiction over, or should we have created some bylaws allowing or defining usage of foundation assets? It's a vague question, Clay. You're not very specific. Um, I think what you said was you did some research on trying to prove that you're able to do whatever you need to do through an SSM or a foundation privately, and you're looking for support on the IRS publications to help you. If that's the wrong place to look, Supreme Court and the documents that we gave you have plenty of Supreme Court rulings evidencing what we have in place. That supports those docs. Just the fact that they're private and registered, there's nothing the IRS or any other agency can do about it. Next question.
