One minute early. Always, as promised. And the big wow. Because to be on time, you're late. Because you gotta sit down, you gotta relax. You gotta put a drink in your hand, water, whatever. Calm down, everybody. Yeah, you gotta you gotta soak it in. Grab your notebook, cross the legs, relax, take a deep breath, let everything out. You one minute early at a minimum to be on time. Anyway. That's my two cents gobbledygook, make no sense kind of a thing. Uh, I'm gonna open up with a few things, um, some major things to consider, the board of peace inaugural meeting today, um, Washington, DC. Uh it took place. They actually brought it forward, and and it sounds to me like um they created a division, you know, like the cops, they have the uh what do cops have? Um, the division that governs the cops. What do they call it? Come on, help me out here, anyway. Um, the goal is the Trump lab administration to summit aims to cement a vision for rebuilding Gaza and establishing a long-term Middle East frame uh Middle East peace framework. While Israel joined the board last week, no Palestinian groups, I didn't say Palestinian people government, are currently represented. European allies have notably declined to join the summit, highlighting a growing rift in Western diplomatic strategy. In other words, to take us over. Hmm. A pledge of $5 billion to Gaza's reconstruction is on the table, but military strikes continue on the ground. Both sides are trading accusations of truce violations. Number two, military buildup in the Persian Gulf has reached levels not seen since 2003 on the Iraqi invasion. This following uh inclusive nuclear talks in Geneva earlier this week. The U.S. has a second aircraft carrier, the USS Gerald Ford, to join the USS Abraham Lincoln in that region. The risk is Iran has partially closed the Strait of Hormaz for military exercises as a warning, with the United States advising ships to steer clear of Iranian waters. Global oil markets are on a knife's edge. So, y'all don't remember, we've been talking about this one for a long time. A particular general tells a story on YouTube about uh being in the Pentagon, and they literally put down on a piece of paper, and he was able to look at a document he shouldn't have been looking at, where we were gonna go take out seven countries in ten years. The only one we haven't taken out is Iran. Period. So all the news media that you see, yes, is maybe a different media than is being presented in foreign countries. Don't get me wrong, Iran and the tensions of Iran are real to the point I don't know. But I do have personal family members in Iran, my new family, that can attest to things going on to our other family members that are in Tehran and different parts of Iran. But the reality is we want their oil, we want their mineral rights, we want to control the narrative. Same thing with Brazil and Argentina and Chile and Mexico coming. Um, you gotta remember, we kind of smack Mexico in the face. We we we took uh the Gulf, which is both the Gulf of Mexico and the Gulf of America, and we just stayed claim and called it Gulf of America now, and then all of a sudden maps are gonna change all over the world. And the only people gonna be calling it Gulf of Mexico are gonna be the Mexicans, but it's our Gulf now, it's not their Gulf, and there's reasons for that, and there's there's moves and counter moves in politics, anyway. We gotta understand these are plans that are coming to fruition now. This is stuff the Pentagon's been working on for 25-30 years or longer. This isn't brand new stuff, so um, former president Yun Suk Yul. I don't know if I pronounced that right. Uh, again, president of South Korea last year was arrested. He's now been sentenced to life in prison. And Prince Andrews, God bless the prince, the godly man, Jeffrey Epstein's right-hand guy, formerly Prince Andrew. They he was arrested today. And gosh, just treated differently. He was held for just four hours and released on his own recognizance. Uh hey, we we took care of him. We took care of the guy. We we got down to brass tacks, we arrested him, you know, and he's gonna get some side smack in the hand deal, just like whose son, the president of the United States of America or the United States Corporation, Biden, remember his son, and all the stuff that his son was involved with uh with and the the hand smacking. Then his son starts uh painting, he's just you know, I want to become a famous painter because I can't figure out ways to take money from people as the inside guide to my father. I just so come and buy my paintings for two million dollars, and it works, and nobody says anything, and the next thing you know, that company that bought it's got some deal made. I mean, come on, guys. Anyway, climate policy, U-turns, and legal battles, major shift and uh occurring in the U.S. is global. Environmentalists are on high alert. Oh my gosh. EPA rollback to Trump administration announcing its recent in the 2009 endangerment finding the legal bedrock used to regulate greenhouse gas emissions. Everything is to control something, right? And the Koali mask, I ain't gonna read that. Anyway, guys, this is this is getting kind of funny, you know. I I I don't mean to be funny. I'm not trying to, you know, cause a riff. I'm not trying to be in anybody's uh bad side here. I just kind of find this stuff funny because there's it it, you know, Prince Andrews, he's gonna get some hand smack. And that's it. And this guy has raped and murdered people. And my I don't have proof of murder, I got proof of rape. Um, and that's a sad thing, you know, when you got that level of criminal out on the streets. And so I just I pray the pray that happens. Uh the worst possible thing to that guy happens, um, possibly legally, lawfully. Um anyway, God bless that whole situation. I don't really have uh a true opinion over it, other than um I kind of see how this stuff is just rolling out into the favor of these elites one way or the other. You look at P. Diddy and everything that happened, you know, P. Diddy, it was shown what he was arrested with. They talked about the uh AR-15s that were unregistered. Where were those charges? You know, those are 10-year charges. Where are they? You know, he he got his hands smacked on all kinds of things, and you know what? He did have a good attorney, but the reality is they're protecting their own, and he had his stuff covered. I don't know if you were watching P. Diddy, he was dropping names a year before his indictment, and some of those names were very, very high level, and then all of a sudden, certain videos started getting leaked, but it wasn't the high-level name videos, it was the low-level name videos, and then all of a sudden he's got a settlement and he was found not guilty of the bigger stuff. Okay, let's get to a first question because I am flying out of here as soon as possible. I got some event I gotta go to tonight. Don't want to go, it's raining pretty hard here in California. Um, as a matter of fact, I had to put on a light windbreaker uh just to offset the chill a little bit. Hope you're not upset. That's just the decision we made for living in California. And we have to put up with earthquakes and we have to put up with 60, 70 mile an hour winds, and we have to put up with the pedophiles and the democrats, and we have to put up with liberal people and being shut out of going into stores sometimes because we don't agree on certain things. That's what happens when you live in California. But you know what? We got the sun for the most part, other than the full chemspray that's coming in this new fog. This last couple years is new fog that's rolling in. That my car seems to be picking up as really, really horrible air. So we know it's not you know really fog, right? Anyway, first question on the explanatory statement document letter to go out with the other documents to get our passport. The last line of the definitions on the definition page that says my name references a is a registered organization birth certificate issued in the state. I was born in DC. It doesn't matter, the state should say the state of District of Columbia. So um, Elizabeth, what I'm gonna suggest to you, and I'm gonna ask, is it Maryland or Virginia? That's my question to you. Because the district is air, the district isn't land. It's impossible truly to be born on the District of Columbia. It is possible to be born in. They took 12 stones, they created a law, it's a district, it's an area, it's territory, and they took some states, land, Virginia, Maryland, uh, first 10 square miles, then seven square miles. And so what we do is we put either Maryland or Virginia that you're making your allegiance to, depending on where it was originally, um, because those states still exist, whether you people want to believe it or not, underneath the federal overlay. And so we're making and we can make our allegiance to any state that we wish, and we can say that we are not born within the District of Columbia. Because if you want to say you were born in the District of Columbia and you want to make your allegiance to Colombia, there's a problem there. I'm just going to suggest that. Same principle for naturalized people. They were brought forward, they didn't really have an understanding of what naturalization was, that they're making allegiance to the United States and not the United States of America, and that they would come under the jurisdiction of a corporation located exclusively in the District of Columbia. 8 USC 1101A21 National. The 9UCC 307H, uh, it's where it says the United States has exclusive jurisdiction in the District of Columbia. They had to create what was a lookalike of a state citizen and make people think they were making allegiance into the United States. So, in my guess, for the people that are trying, well, I don't want to get sideways on the question, but my guess is people that were um trying to come out and be state citizens, they created the national and they create these different jurisdictions for people to make allegiance to. You can make allegiance to any state you wish. The state you were born on is the more likely state you were born on Virginia, um, unfortunately, in the area known as District of Columbia, and that's federal territory. So we want to make allegiance to a state, is the point. Hope that helps. It includes an address in mail 40. They require United States Post Office Form 1583. Is it correct to sign the form by first, middle, last name, manager XXXLLC? Is there any conflict with my process in signing this form as manager of an LLC? No. What I would suggest though, George is simply signing it in cursive non-assumption. Okay. You get all the same rights and privileges with no contract that way. So again, Maryland, Elizabeth, that's why we chose Maryland as your hospital is on Maryland. Um, if I send my certificate certified application to the court, can it nullify an erroneous restraining order against the all caps? No, because you agreed to it. Created by an evil family member. You had an opportunity to rebout the presumption and go and whatever. So, if so, what is the manner that would mailing what I'd send to the court registered? It doesn't matter. Although, also, can the certified application prevent those involved in creating the restraining order from harming me further in retaliation for nullifying the restraining order? Okay, a restraining order can be nullified, but you got to go through a process within that court for the order to be nullified. I do know of people, and I don't, I don't, I don't go down this road because it's too complicated and I can't guarantee anything out of it. But I do know people where they have gotten judgments or um sentences and uh they came to a plea agreement, and then after the fact, what was being brought forward wasn't what was agreed to in the room, so they removed their signature from the agreement. Now, I don't know if you went to a hearing for a restraining order, I don't know if you got to discuss the points or your defense in a restraining order, but that's where you walked in and granted jurisdiction over you, period. And whatever comes out of that is your permissioned outcome. So if you're going to try to undo something like that, there are people that I can introduce you to maybe take a step towards that direction with no guarantees. Um, we're not even going to talk about the outcomes until something happens. But there are things that happen that maybe you were misrepresented on, maybe were false presentations, maybe whatever that could be brought forward. Um, but the fact that you walked into the court or acquiesced from the court, the court's allowed to carry forward if they have a proof of service. Um, but if you were in the court and um the restraining order was granted, you agreed to the whole thing. Period. You showed up and you agreed, and the judge gave his order and you said okay and walked out. And so there's something that needs to be unraveled. And a lot of those things that need to be unraveled are not in my time frame of work. And I know you're going through it. And trust me, I went through a restraining order myself a long time ago. Family member, not my fault, not really their fault. They are kind of sadly hurt hurting in the head. Um, but I do know about that, and I do know that it is an agreement and it's something that you have to unravel, and it's not something that your paperwork as a state citizen is automatically going to unravel. Remember, a state citizen, I want you to look at the all-caps name as the U.S. citizen, the birth citizen, the birth of the the literally the birth certificate is the U.S. citizen. You are holding an office called U.S. citizen. And when they make a presentment and they are asking for you to come into court and represent, represent, represent the birth certificate, you're making basically an admission that you are holding the office. Bottom line: guilty, no not guilty, no locendra. You've got choices to say. You can make our different arguments about the the subject matter jurisdiction at that time. And you would have to play the best game of ping pong ping pong or tennis, meaning they had the judge hits the ball over the court, you're hitting a ball back on the court, and you got to go back and forth until the ball stays on his court and you win that match. Um, and unfortunately, you lost the first match and you got a restraining order, unfortunately, on your side or named against you. There are some things that can be done, but it's not just sending in your docs, hey, I'm I'm a free man now, and you can't hold me uh liable on any of this. They absolutely can. And it's not for reasons that they do have liability, it's something that you said and consented to on your own behalf at an earlier point. So if you're interested in getting somebody to maybe answer some questions, they are not inexpensive and they don't have anything to do with his advocates. We can give you a name and number. Just reach out and post a support topic. Yeah, I don't care if your birth certificate says DC. We help people with naturalization processes all the time, and they don't have a birth certificate. They make allegiance to a new state, it's accepted, it's ratified. The time that they take your offer, I am a citizen of the United States of America and not a United States citizen, and I am making my allegiance to this state. That is all that it takes. And when they issue that passport, that is consent to your application. Period. I did not sign anything. Okay. Um, I have multiple rental properties, each with a land trust under an LLC, and the LLCs are in a series designed to be bulletproof, asset protection with lawyers with layers of protection. Moving all into the private, I already deeded them over to the foundation and terminated the trusts. Do I need to create subcategories or sub-foundations within my foundation to create layers of protection from lawsuits? Great question. First answer Who are they gonna sue? They're gonna go to the Secretary of State in all 50 states, and they're not gonna find who to sue. They're then gonna go and try to bring service to a postmaster box or United States Post Office or U UPS, wherever the address is for the mail delivery for that foundation. They don't know who is the owner of those properties. So the second part of your question, if you want to create layers of protection and you're trying to like, why would a foundation get served? Let's ask that question first. Secondly, would it help to have multiple foundations and in theory of asset protection alone? Sure. Do I get to make more money on selling you more foundations? Sure. And from an overall standpoint of asset protection, if you can't be served as a foundation, to you does it matter that multiple homes are could be found if somebody were to look up that foundation name. If that matters to you, you may want to consider getting an additional whatever one or two foundations. Um, but if it doesn't matter to you, knowing that it's almost impossible to bring a suit to a foundation and get a judgment over a foundation and lean up on that foundation, it's almost impossible. Haven't seen it done yet. Okay, so you know that's why we choose private versus public, uh, registered versus unregistered. These are the reasons right here. Um the discussion point of what is able to be brought into a court is really the only point of argument or the only point of discussion that you should be having. Can this be brought into court? And those are the things you need to be looking up. Try to find cases of anything where an unregistered, unrecorded private foundation where people are doing it the way we are doing mailbox, UPS, or what have you, where they don't know who to serve, they don't know what to serve. The question is how would they bring it into a case? They can't name something that is unregistered and unrecorded into a court case. I'm creating a layered structure operating LLC owned by a holding LLC owned by a foundation. Both LLC are disregarded entities. Hold on one second. I'm reading a complicated question, and then I'm listening to my wife in the middle of the hallway have a great conversation with somebody on a speakerphone. Anyway, I love her. Don't get me wrong. I'm creating a layered structure, an operating LLC owned by a holding LLC, owned by a foundation. Both LLC are are disregarded entities, so the tax flow moves from the operating LLC to the holding LLC to the foundation. Has this been used by any other LPP? Men and women successfully, and will the tax man come knocking if there are transfers from the operating LLC to the foundation? So I don't speak for the tax man because I'm not the tax man. Um, I'm not gonna make an assumption or presumption of something I cannot, but I'm gonna say that you got to understand what the term disregarded entity is under IRS code. Once you get that, are you required? The question is, is are you required to report income for an LLC or file a return for an LLC if it's known as a disregarded entity? And I think you're gonna get your answer. But the bottom line is if the operating LLC owned by a holding LLC, if anything, the operating LLC is going to be liable because it's not owned by a foundation. Meaning the foundation isn't the primary member of the found of the initial operating LLC. So you're looking at a holding LLC that is owned by a foundation or is the prime the primary member for the holding LLC, is uh the foundation that would make that particular LLC a disregarded entity. But I don't make any IRS assertions to answer your question on other members, hundreds and hundreds of members, and we don't have any complaints at this point. Uh and we've been doing this for years and years and years. So the the bottom line for you to consider is why are you even using LLCs? What's your purpose? Why do you think you need an LLC? Why do you want to grant jurisdiction for somebody to give an opportunity to see you? Why do you want somebody to be able to come and grab your grab your home, your cars, your assets, anything? You're you're the way that you make money. Um that's the bigger question. Because it has an LLC on the end of it. You know, what's the purpose of it? Um Kelly's making any comment banking is going to be an issue pretty quick. For who? We're using an ITIN with the IRS for my foundation compromise the legal status of the foundation. Why do you want to use an ITIN with the IRS for your foundation? You have a tax ID number. Are you talking about the tax ID number we give you with the foundation? And why do you want to use when do you mean use with the IRS? Oh, are you asking because we got you a tax ID number with the IRS for your foundation compromise the legal status of the foundation? Oh heck no. No. No. With confidence. Extreme confidence. Can a family member who is not in the private be a director or founder or a private of a private foundation or sign on the bank account? Absolutely. Foundation stands on its own as private. Regarding the restraining order, I never went into court hearing, never was even notified of a hearing date. There you go. There's your motion to quash. Alright, just talk to people about finding out how to quash this because you were never served. Oh, any other questions? Kelly just received my passport. Congratulations. How do I go about filing the FOIA on the DS11 so I can find out about my true status? It's not a FOIA, you're just asking for certified copies. Um, so you're gonna submit your passport copy to your ticket on his advocates.org and uh just say I'm ready to um go after the FOIA for the uh certified copies of the passport application. All right. And I'm gonna tell you this it's it's sad and unfortunate, but um our founders are being discussed as today by FBI as uh as terrorists against England, and the reality is um uh they use words and wordplay to manipulate truth, and men and women have a right to freedom under God. We were all created equal, and we have this God-given unalienable right, and that is the biblical way, it's not just the the declaration of independence confirming it uh with the Bill of Rights enforcing it, and the Constitution guaranteeing it, but the the fact remains is there is a lot of change happening in this world, and everybody's worried about being locked out of their homes, being locked out of their ability to spend money, being locked out. I'm gonna tell you, there's going to be ways around all of it. God makes a path for all of his people at all times, and this is why we stay together and we operate as a collective and we inform each other of the knowledge stuff that we have learned and grown. And everybody that has been a part of this ministry has been hearing me say a few things over the last several years, and they are from a standpoint of not just biblical, not just freedom, but from a standpoint of what do you do with your money? They are coming after people's money right now in a big way. And I'm telling you right now, don't invest in Bitcoin. Okay, but there are some ISO currencies that you could invest in. You still gold and silver, great, great, great investments, physical gold and silver. You can actually go to hisadvocates.org, click on products, and go down to buy gold and silver at cost. Uh, we work with a company. Um, you sign up, uh, you can immediately buy transfer dollars. Never do wire transfers, never get their information through an email. Okay. Uh being a lender, being a broker, um, licensed real estate broker in the state of California. One of the frauds is people will intercept your emails, change them, deliver them, wire transfer happens going to the wrong account. So you always want to call the number on their website, make sure it's with a company at cost metals is a company that's been around for a while, great reputation. They're letting you buy at cost. Why? Because it's gone, it's going up. So they get it for you at cost. And the bottom line is this if you're buying metals at cost um and you've been buying them for as long as I've been telling you to buy them, you'll realize that you've quintupled your money and you're holding on to the most solid asset in the world. Now, I'm not a silver dealer, I'm not a gold dealer. I'm just saying this to you because they're coming after your retirement accounts. And I'm telling you, it's not just your freedom, it's your ability to operate, it's your ability to keep your home. People think that just all these executive orders are just going to give them car blancs to steal stuff left and right. I'm telling you, they can't take what belongs to the Yellowheme. And they can't take it if a deed has been done properly. It's ironic that all of these lucid quote unquote executive orders uh by a president of the United States are really only applying to since the deeds have changed. The deeds have gone from fee simple, absolute, meets and bounds, private men, private women, to something completely different today, which makes everything about that property belong to them. They they used to be a deed used to be countersigned by the purchaser, they are not anymore. That means it's a floater. Okay, it's just out there, been recorded. There's been nobody consummating the relationship. There is no true owner except the state because you put it into the counter recorder. So these are why we do what we do. Step one, tell your friends about us, get the book out there, get our website out there. Please help us, support us. We need your referrals from your friends and family. Let them do their own legwork, let them figure it out, get them a book, sit down with them, read it with them, say, What do you think about this Supreme Court rule and this is why I feel the way I feel.
